This Cookies Policy explains how the FORT Photography Institute Foundation, based in Warsaw (02-634) at 6 Władysława Szpilmana Street (the “Foundation”), uses cookies and similar technologies on its website.
This policy is intended to complement the Foundation’s Privacy Policy.

§4. Legal basis for using cookies
Necessary cookies are processed based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – as a legitimate interest of the Controller to ensure the proper functioning of the website.
Analytical, functional, and marketing cookies are processed based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – on the basis of the user’s consent provided through the cookie settings.
§5. Third-party tools
The Foundation may use analytics tools provided by third parties (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta [Facebook Pixel], YouTube, Vimeo). Data collected through these tools is processed in accordance with the providers’ policies and applicable legal regulations.

On their first visit to the website, users are shown a cookie banner that allows them to give consent for specific categories of cookies.
